Joe`s American Diner in Woodbridge

Really love this diner. We have always received quick service and great food at a reasonable price. They have never rushed us.

Great food at inexpensive prices. I only bring the best people with me when I introduce them to Joe's. Everyone else gets the IHOP treatment.

This place is worth trying. They serve big portions for reasonable prices. Constantly clean and with awesome mood. Highly recommended.

Don’t waste your money here, is funny how the food looks good on their pictures but when you actually try it, is a whole different story beans straight out of the can with no flavor , they served frozen or uncooked chicken tenders to my son !!!! Never again!!!

Joe's has good breakfast food. This is a small diner but the food is good and worth any wait.

Pretty good food. Service can be a little bit slow. If you can wait it's worth it3 months later.... checking back in. The service is still slow. No improvement there. Food is still good. Be prepared to wait.3 weeks later. Worse. Slow service. Sat at the counter. The counter person was more interested in other things than service today.

Family owned!! Great place for a breakfast. The one owner we met seems super nice which explains why the staff was friendly. If portion size is something you care for, you will not be disappointed.

Went out of my way to check out the food here. Needless to say it was worth the trip! Quick service and very nice staff! I will eat here again if I am ever in the area.

Corned beef hash straight from the can. Yuk. Not even the whole can, doesn't even come with hash browns only two eggs.

A veteran operated diner with great food, fast service, good sized portions and hot coffee during the morning breakfast rush. Take out is available on request. Normally stop there after my semi-annual doctor appointment across the street.

I always like coming here! The right sized menu in a little place. Family owned that brings the classic American breakfast items. Always kinda busy so be aware of that. The place is run smoothly and with great service. Sometimes they take long though... mostly on weekends. My only thing would be that this place smells like an old cheap hotel... I wish it didnt smell odd... that's about it

Fine place for breakfast and lunch. They don't do dinner; that sure that would be fantastic too. We've been there several times and have never been disappointed. It's definitely not your typical chain restaurant. It's in a house converted to a restaurant. The very personal ambiance of the building is joined by the very personal service serving excellent food. They have a nice verity on the menu and everything we've tried was very good. This is a must place to go if your in the area.

Went here while my motorcycle was getting service. Very pleasant surprise. Patty melt was great. Service was great, very friendly. Inexpensive place. That just right kind of place. Wish I lived closer and could visit more often.

Yummy local breakfast and lunch place. Don't let the outside fool you, the food is delicious. The service was fast and friendly. I had the corned beef hash with eggs and my wife had the veggie omelet. Both were cooked to order. Next time I come through Lake Ridge VA, I'll stop here again.

Great breakfast choices. I love their French toast. I order that half the time I'm there. They've can be a tad inconsistent with how they cook their hash browns, and their coffee is decent at best. I've heard good things about everything else they serve, that I have yet to try. If your in the area I'd definitely swing by.

I think Joe's has pretty good food. The menu is a little limited. My only complaint is the few times I went it there was a weird sewer type smell. The eggs Benedict and french toast are both really good.

Though my family and I moved to the area about 3 years ago, we simply made the mistake of not trying this place out any Sooner!🎭 The Eggs Benedict 🍳were simply GREAT!! Can't wait till I get to try out the "Steak N Cheese" next time I go over,,, Oh Yeah! 😎 Great stuff, keep up the good work and the Great Cook too !!! 😆

This place is a great alternate option to the larger food chains. It's a small, family style restaurant. It's clean, reasonably priced and offers fast, friendly service. The food is tasty and they offer generous portions. It is wheelchair accessible though there is only one handicap parking space. If I had to say anything negative it would be the limited parking.

Good food, prompt and friendly service, but short hours. Has had a lot of customers each time I've been there. I like the creamed chipped beef on toast, but the menu has so much more for breakfast and lunch. Cozy, too.Update to Jan 26, 2020. They are now open from 3 pm to 9 pm on Friday and Saturday beginning today. Good food, good wines and good service as always.

Just had their carry out breakfast combo. One word, amazing! Everything tasted absolutely delicious. I'm not sure if it was a husband and wife team, but they were very polite and courteous, and made me feel at home!

Delicious food! Service was excellent. Go there in off peak hours. Otherwise, it can be a long wait before getting seated. Plan your visit accordingly.

Been here a few times and it's been good. Today not so much, unfortunately. Two of us dined. Food took a while. My daughter's order was wrong (blueberry topping instead of strawberry) although to their credit they did catch it before serving and offered her a re-cook, and brought her strawberries on the side. By the time that all got sorted out, my food arrived lukewarm at best. Then I found something in my eggs that we couldn't identify (maybe a string of plastic?). Food was good enough, and service was very attentive, but overall not so good today.

This tiny place will surprise you with the flavors and the good customer service (by latinos). My egg benedicts were juicy and tasty.

This place is a hidden gem, the customer service is really good. I didn't care for the omelette but everything else was spot on. We went for breakfast but the menu caters to all day options. There seems to be a lot of regulars and the staff recognized all of them. I will definitely be back, just not ordering the veggie omelette.

There menu isn't overwhelming big which makes it great because everything on the menu is great. The best thing there for me is a tie between the biscuits and gravy and there burgers.

Was immediately sat upon arrival but without menus. Finally placed order and literally 45 minutes later still nothing. People who arrived after us recieved their food. We ordered the breakfast combo with pancakes. As others have mentioned the wait time is incredibly long even when not busy. One server was really nice but that's it for customer service.

Cheap food, service is ok, definitely a place to come when you're super hungry for brunch.

I had the eggs Benedict and I am super picky in regards to how its cooked and I was blown away. Everything was delicious, timely and the service was great. We will deff be making many more trips.

Joe's omlett was filled with ham, sausage, bacon and cheese. The presentation was visually appealing and it was tasty. Yum

Nice and cozy little diner. Food and service is great. May experience a wait of 5-10 minutes for a table during breakfast hour's on the weekends as this diner packs in the locals. Worth the wait though.
